  • If you reserve through the 800 number, get your reservation number and call back a day or two before your move to confirm your rental and make sure the location corresponds with the LifeStorage Center nearest you.
  • When you pick up your truck, bring your driver's license and credit or debit card. It makes things easier for everyone.
  • Know whether you are covered under your auto insurance policy. If not, be sure to purchase the U-Haul insurance offered. No credit card will cover damage.
